The millennium approaches and Ahmed Ressam, an illegal immigrant to Canada whose dream was to leave his Algerian past behind, has turned his love of all things Western to hatred. He hasn’t been able to integrate. Only his Arab friends treat him with respect, while recruiting him into a terror network. After training with al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and fully engaged in striking a blow against America, Ressam plots to explode a bomb at LAX on the eve of 2000, yet both Canadian and U.S. intelligence agents are just behind him. Will they succeed in stopping him? Based on the true story and the accounts by journalist Stewart Bell.
